🛒 General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
Article 1 – Purpose
These conditions govern the sales of products (clothing, accessories and personalized items) offered on the Idolik site.
Article 2 – Price
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering.
Article 3 – Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The customer will receive confirmation by email after payment has been validated.
Article 4 – Payment
Payments are secure and accepted by credit card and other means indicated on the site.
Article 5 – Delivery
Products are printed on demand. Production and delivery times may vary (on average 7 to 15 days).
In the event of a delay beyond our control (carrier, customs), Idolik cannot be held responsible.
Article 6 – Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized products (signatures, limited editions).
Article 7 – Guarantee
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, Idolik undertakes to replace the item or reimburse the customer.
Article 8 – Liability
Idolik cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products.
